In an effort to improve security and accessibility, existing account holders need to set up a HealthSafe ID (HSID).
Follow the steps below to create your HSID and link it to your existing patient payment account:
Create your HSID by clicking the "Login with HealthSafe ID (HSID) link above then go to "Create HealthSafe ID" and follow the instructions on the HealthSafe ID form.
IMPORTANT: Set up your HSID with the same email address used to create your patient payment account. Your email address can be found in the My Settings section OR reach out to your provider to obtain it.
You will be able to login with HSID after this step.
HSID creation is required, as it will be the only way to log into your patient payment account and view documents, manage payment plans and preferences. However, users will still be able to utilize the Pay Now/Quick Payment option without creating an HSID.
